Tridel
Mr. Marble has worked in harmony with Tridel on several successful projects. When building the open-concept Humerwood condos, against the beautiful backdrop of the Humber River Conservation Parkland, we wanted to reflect their modern design with cutting edge products. Professional kitchens and whirlpools were the highlighted contributions to that project.
When working on the Ovation, another open-concept apartment, we completed their kitchen experience with premium granite counter tops. We then collbaterated with our signature granite counter tops, sleek bathtubs and vanity tops to Triomphe, a highly-certified energy efficient building.
And finally, we provided our granite counter tops once more for the Accolade building in North York.
Monarch Construction
Monarch Construction and Mr. Marble have had a profitable working relationship that has led to the successful completion of a variety of major projects. A major milestone was the EQ1 and EQ2, in the heart of Scarborough’s City Centre. Mr. Marble contributed to the caterer’s kitchen experience by outfitting all the suites with our premium granite counter tops. Our sleek, professional counter tops compliment the high-end amenities of the location, such as the sports lounge, billiards room and car wash bay.
On the other side of the spectrum, Mr. Marble and Monarch tackled apartment construction in Toronto’s exclusive High Park neighborhood, with 20 Gothic. We modeled the kitchens (and subsequently helped model the attached party room), as well as the bathrooms and granite counter tops.
On the Waterview Explorer project, we tackled two 14-storey buildings separated by a 5-storey podium right on the Toronto lakeshore. These apartments were designed for pure luxury from the ground-up, and that’s why Mr. Marble products fit right in. We modeled the counter tops and bathrooms to fit the elaborate thematic design of the rest of the building. We feel our products truly compliment the powerful view of the lake and city skyline.
Empire
Mr. Marble has worked hand-in-hand with Empire to complete tasteful construction projects all over the GTA. In Richmond Hill, we worked together to create the Vineyards; one of the single most exclusive real-estate communities in the whole GTA. With 24-hour doormen, tennis courts, walking paths and putting greens, most of the units were pre-sold prior to construction; and it’s not hard to see why! Mr. Marble complimented this luxury location with our pristine counter tops, fixtures and vanities for every single suite.
The Continental, a spa inspired fitness centre at Yonge and Finch aimed to bring resort living to the North York area. With expertly landscaped grounds and a 24-hour concierge, the resort was truly a breath of fresh air for the high-end communities of Toronto. Mr. Marble accented this with our own artistic vanity tops and counters for all kitchens and bathrooms.
At Beyond the Sea, on Etobicoke’s lakeshore, we wanted to embody a more peaceful design, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto. We completed this with gorgeous marble windowsills, and customized vanity tops (and basins) for each owner. And finally, for one of our newest projects, Fly, on Blue Jay Way and Front St. downtown, we provided granite counter tops and basins for each 1100 sq. foot lofts and Penthouse suites. This high-end hotel will be released October 31st, 2012 and will be a bold statement for the future of Canadian luxury hotels.
Menkes
Menkes and Mr. Marble have also been strong collaborators in a variety of different construction projects. Like the Cosmo 1 and 2 on the east side of Yonge St. south. The Cosmo Condos provide a wide variety of luxury features, such as a billiards room, guest suites and an indoor pool and sauna. Mr. Marble complimented these conveniences with premium marble vanity tops and integrated basins for all of the bathrooms.
And just around the corner, we worked on the Ultima at Broadway, which are compromised of two 36-storey buildings with remarkably massive windows Mr. Marble’s granite countertops demonstrate their quality and versatility in the normal suites, as well as the penthouse floor.
Back down in Etobicoke, Menkes and Mr. Marble collaborated on the Sherway tower, which is still in development with two new towers being potentially added to the existing complex.
And finally, the Luxe, which is short for Luxury, at the Yonge and Finch intersection in Toronto is another shining collaboration between Mr. Marble and Menkes. Wanting to promote luxury throughout all elements of their building, they knew the right businesses for the job. Mr. Marble’s standard marble vanities make an appearance here with customized in-laid, drop-down china sinks.
